- Bug reports and/or suggestions on how to improve our products and web site. We regret that we cannot reply individually to each message, but we WILL pay attention to your suggestions.
- Product support (registered users only). Please note that product support can only be obtained via email. In any correspondence, please include your serial number and describe any problem you are having as fully as possible.
- Reporting problems with downloading and installation during the 30-day trial. Support for the product itself is not available until you have purchased a password.
